Anyone tried Clearblue easy test with a positive outcome?

I have extremely irregular periods and I want to buy the Clearblue Ovulation tester but before I spend 200.00 I would like to know if anyone else has used it with success. I am interested in women that had tried for a long time, with irregular cycles that used this test and got pregnant. Or if anyone has tried the less expensive Clearblue Digital Ovulation tests with success (the ones with the smiley face when ovulation is detected).
A little about myself…I am 25, trying for number 2 (over 11 months), very irregular cycles (between 27-37 days with break through bleeding on days 18-20 this month). I am healthy and in good physical shape…my husband is also in good physical shape.

I’ve just discovered a very simple secret to becoming pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy - at any age. 
I would try regular ovulation strips to start before shelling out that much money. You can get some at a dollar store and they work just as well.
